This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. We are tourism students and we expect a quality of service but this hotel disappoints us. We've been food poisoning not just us students but also the other guests. And they didn't even give us the designated room because of overbooking. Our check in is at 5pm but we got our room around 7pm and it was not the room that we expected they just put like a hospital bed so that we could fit. Even the staff don't take our concerns seriously.

Do not expect much. Be prepared to wait quite a while when checking in, so be prepared to visit. (1) Even if two people stay together, you will receive only one card key for your room. (2) You cannot use the safe. (3) If you ask for room cleaning, please expect that they will not come for 4-5 hours. If they do not come, please go down to the lobby and ask them directly. (4) Please do not have high expectations for the swimming pool. (5) I like strong showers, but the showers in this hotel are too strong, so please use them with caution. If you hit your eyes by mistake, you may get hurt. (6) Washbasin is clogged and will not flush.

Pros: Really comfy beds, lots of pillows, big smart tv, split type AC, good buffet breakfast, good water pressure, nice eating area, close to train and shopping Cons: Shower water basically just little warm not hot, Swimming pool water cold, Reception I am assuming is just very busy and they do not remember request. I asked 3 different things over 3 days and never really got call back

-Disappointed with their room and service. -The door in the bathroom cannot be fully closed. - They don't clean the room - They don't refill the amenities - The door in the room cannot be closed - Breakfast starts late - Their towels as well as the blanket and duvet don't smell good - Hoping that they will address this and improve their overall performance.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Affordable and yet the rooms are excellent. The staff are polite and helpful. The food is very good. Pleasant stay for me.

Waiting time for check in is supeeeer long. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby to check in. We followed up more than thrice. Wifi is also very slow Card key is not working. They gave us key to use but opening the door using it was such a hassle we Aircon is not cold also Buffet breakfast was okay. Most of the food are already cold.

You get your money's worth. I booked here because it is near Araneta Coliseum for a concert. It exceeded my expectations. The pool was good. The room was clean and spacious as well. The hotel itself feels luxurious.

First, booking online is useless. The receptionist didnt even book me before I arrived. Took 15-20 more minutes when I checked in because they had to manually book me. Take down your online booking, its a waste of money. Second, after the …
